Each project, no matter how large or small, is executed by a project team comprised of an account executive, project manager, project engineer, lead technician and technical personnel as required. Our Technical Department stages & tests all systems prior to shipment to the installation site. Once installed, systems are then commissioned & tested by our on-site staff.
Field technicians use the latest diagnostics, setup software & electronic testing equipment. All drawings, manuals & programs are provided. This ensures quick access to the latest project information.
Preventive Maintenance
We specialize in servicing television, post production, financial and multimedia companies with full maintenance, systems integration, design, and complete operations and training.
We will keep you in production and on air with comprehensive equipment service capabilities that are fast, reliable and economical. We provide the service you need – the way you want it: offsite at one of our professionally staffed service centers or at a dedicated service shop set up at your facility. In addition, we will meet your needs in manpower, facility design and installation, multimedia and webcasting services.
