Media prides itself on always striving to provide our
clients with the most comprehensive customer service,
technical expertise, and creative support plan options.
Our newest support offering has been developed as
a response to much feedback from many clients.
The following COMPREHENSIVE CARE plan will
provide you with the ability to utilize a "bank"
of hours for phone support, on-site service
as well as training.
The banks will be offered in quantities of 10 and
25 hours, however should you have unusual requirements,
we will also customize a plan that fits your needs.
These hours, once purchased, will not expire and
are not system dependent.
Therefore, these plans can cover all of your
systems rather then purchasing a separate plan for each
system. In
addition, these contracts can be purchased in
conjunction with Avid
Assurance or in the case of legacy
systems, can be a good alternative to Avid's plans.
We
have priced our standard contracts very competitively
and will also create a cost effective customized plan as
well. Our
first offering is a 10
hour COMPREHENSIVE CARE plan
at a cost of $1,000. The second offering is a 25
hour COMPREHENSIVE
CARE plan
at a cost of $2,350.
The details of the program are below:
The
first benefit of the plan is access to Virtual
Media's telephone support professionals.
We will provide telephone support on a 24 hour, 7
day per week basis, excluding certain holidays. Our
normal business hours are Monday through Friday from
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Our 24/7 coverage is in effect Monday through
Friday from 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM as well as all day
Saturday and Sunday.
The
second benefit of the plan is on-site services
performed by our technical professionals. Virtual Media
will provide on a first available basis a technician for
onsite requests between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30
PM, Monday through Friday.
If an emergency on-site is required during other
times, Virtual Media will use its best efforts to
dispatch someone to your facility. If someone is unable
to be dispatched on an after hours emergency basis, then
Virtual Media will respond by 12:00 PM of the next
business day.
The
third benefit of the plan is training services
provided either at one of our facilities or at your
facility. We
are available to train individuals on a variety of
topics and products, such as software applications and
technical troubleshooting.
